I am available for one FREE consultation via Zoom or in person to see if we are a good match and to assess your needs for birthing support.
Phone & email support
From the moment you hire me, I will be available 24/7 to support you and answer any questions via phone, email, or text.
2 Prenatal visits
We will discuss your overall vision of birth and create a custom birth plan to suit your needs. We will practice comfort measures and relaxation techniques with your partner and myself to create a supportive birth team. I will answer any questions and provide extra resources for your final weeks of pregnancy.
Access to my lending library of books
& online resources
You will have access to any of my pregnancy and birth books as well as my comprehensive list of local resources.
Continuous support during labor
From the moment you call and notify me that you're in labor, I will meet you at your birthing place and provide constant support through the entirety of labor and birth.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Immediate postpartum support
I will provide 1-2 hours postpartum support to assist with birth recovery and initial breastfeeding and bonding.
Perform any clinical or medical tasks
Speak to the staff on your behalf
Postpartum follow-up visit
During your first week home, I will visit so we can discuss your birth experience, create a plan for postpartum wellness, ensure successful breastfeeding, and answer any questions. I will also bring a homemade, delicious, plant-based meal for your family.
Community referrals
I can provide you with resources to aid in the postpartum healing journey such as lactation consultants, postpartum yoga, chiropractors, belly binding, etc.
